Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Canada, the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside
Prize: One Grand Prize Includes:
Roundtrip, coach class airfare from a major gateway airport within the contiguous 48 United States or Canada nearest the Winner's home city (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) to New York City for two (2) persons.
Three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy, at a Manhattan hotel to be determined by Sponsor.
Two (2) tickets to the 2014 Tony Awards in New York City.
One (1) $100 American Express® Gift Card
The Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $3,000. All amounts are in U.S. Dollars. Actual retail value will depend on each Winner's place of residence and airfare fluctuations. Winner will not receive difference between approximate and actual retail value.
Prize travel must take place in June 2014 during the weekend of the Tony Awards on dates to be determined by Sponsor (the "Travel Dates"). If Winner is not available to travel on the Travel Dates, Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Winner. Winner's travel companion must be of the age of majority unless such Winner is travel companion's parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and travel companion must sign a travel/liability release in a form furnished by Sponsor prior to ticketing. Sponsor is not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the flights. Winner and travel companion will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification relating to acceptance and use of the Prize package. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
