Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 p.m. EDT May 20, 2013 and ends at 6:00 p.m. EDT May 31, 2013.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories and possessions) 18 YEARS OR OLDER as of May 20, 2013.
To enter, log on to www.bet.com/crazyquick, fill-out and submit the entry form.
Limit: One (1) entry per person.
PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive an adidas gift card valued at One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), and one (1) pair of adidas "Crazyquick" sneakers in the Winner's size. Approximate retail value $1,140.00. Actual value depends on retail value of sneakers at time of purchase. Style of sneaker will be selected in adidas's sole discretion.
