Promotion begins on May 16, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 4, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (except for residents of Florida and New York) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.
Limit: Each entrant may enter/play three (3) times per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
Tell A Friend Program: After you enter the Promotion, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of up to three (3) friends who must be eligible to enter the Promotion. For each referral of up to three (3) friends with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes and one (1) additional opportunity to play the Instant Win Game up to a total of three (3) additional entries/plays per day during the Promotion Period.
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A check for $10,000. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000.

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: $100,000 (to be provided in the form of a check). ARV: $100,000.
TWO-HUNDRED (200) SECOND PRIZES: A colorful summer prize pack which includes a watermelon knife with cover, an ice pop maker, a collapsible bowl, and an ice scoop. ARV: $82.15.
TWO-HUNDRED (200) THIRD PRIZES: A dinner party prize pack which includes an 11 inch stir fry pan, a cookie sheet, a corkscrew wing DLX, a bamboo kitchen utensil set, a 12 inch tong, and an ice scoop. ARV: $79.23.
TWO-HUNDRED (200) FOURTH PRIZES: A BBQ prize pack which includes a BBQ tool set, a grill topper, a 9 inch tong, a paper plate holder, a basting brush, skewers, a plastic bowl, a cutting board, and a jumbo corn skewer. ARV: $57.40.
