commences at 12:00 AM (ET) on April 29, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on May 26, 2013
open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Enter once per day but limit one (1) Prize
Prizes:
(a) Grand Prize: The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive round trip airfare and tickets for Winner and guest to the 2014 South Beach Comedy Festival. Winner and guest will receive a two night hotel stay in Miami.
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500).
Secondary Prize: The ten (10) Runners Up will receive a selection of Axe and Comedy Central consumer products (the "Secondary Prize", and together with the Grand Prize, the "Prize" or "Prizes"). The ARV of the Secondary Prize is One Hundred Dollars ($100) each.
The total ARV for all of the Prizes is Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00).
