Sweepstakes opens at 12:00 a.m. EDT on May 15, 2013 and closes at 11:59 p.m. EDT on June 25, 2013.
Open to legal residents of the United States, except residents of NJ and VA, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of May 15, 2013.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person, per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
DAILY PRIZE SELECTION: One (1) Entry will be selected (each a "Selected Entrant") per day during the Sweepstakes Period by random draw from all eligible Entries received between 12:00 a.m. EDT and 11:59 p.m. EDT on each respective day of the Sweepstakes Period (each a "Daily Draw"). Daily Draws for the previous week's Entries will be held once per week on Tuesdays at or about 12:00 p.m. EDT commencing on the second Tuesday of the Sweepstakes Period up to and including the first Tuesday after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Daily Draws are not cumulative and Entries will only be eligible for the Daily Draw for the day on which the Entry was received.
GRAND PRIZE SELECTION: One Entry will be selected by random draw ("Selected Entrant") on or about 12:00 p.m. EDT on June 25, 2013 from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
DAILY PRIZES: Each Daily Prize consists of $25.00 worth of Shell Nitrogen Enriched Gasoline, issued in the form of a twenty-five dollar ($25) Shell Gift Card. One (1) Daily Prize is awarded each day during the Sweepstakes Period, for a total of forty-two (42) Daily Prizes. Each Daily Prize is valued at $25.00 and total approximate retail value of the Daily Prizes is $1,050.00.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize awarded for the Sweepstakes Period, consisting of Shell Nitrogen Enriched Gasoline for a year, issued in the form of two thousand and hundred dollars ($2,250.00) in Shell Gift Cards. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is $2,250.00.
For the purposes of this Prize, a year's worth of new Shell Nitrogen Enriched Gasoline" is calculated as the average consumer's yearly gasoline consumption of 636 gallons (4.5 fuel purchases per month x 11.77 gallons of gasoline per purchase x 12 months) at an average present-day cost of $3.52 / gallon (consistent with the U.S. Department of Energy statistics for regular grade gasoline as of May 6, 2013 (636 x $3.521 = $2,250.00). Fluctuations in gasoline prices after this date will not affect calculation of the prize amount). The Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be rounded up to the next fifty dollars and be awarded in the form of twenty two (22) $100.00 (US) Shell Gift Cards and one $50.00 (US) Shell Gift Card.
