18+, US, one entry per person/email address. Submit a video of 3 minutes or less showing the entrant making an original creation with Bob's Red Mill Steel Cuts Oats, and using two stovetop burners as the only powered appliances. Ends July 22, 2013 @ 11:59pm ET
Grand Prize: (1 winner) Roundtrip airfare to Edinburgh (Scotland); 2-nights lodging in Edinburgh, and 3-nights lodging in Carrbridge (Scotland); $2,500 check; plus the finalist prize.
Finalist Prize: (3 winners) 3-night trip for two to Portland, OR; and $300 cash for meals, incidentals, ingredients, local transportation or other expenses.

Winners are selected by judges chosen by Bob's Red Mill, and such judges shall have sole discretion to decide the winners. Judges will initially choose three semi-finalists and, thereafter, one final winner.
