Quick Question for anyone that has been able to redeem for gear. Do they ask you to confirm shipping address prior to completing the order? I'm going to be moving soon and would like to redeem for something prior to, but I'm afraid it will get sent to the address I used to register. I also don't see anywhere under My Account to modify your address. TIA

Still cant redeem today. But when the redeemed yesterday I think it was they do Not confirm shipping addresses.

They do not confirm the address, the gear goes the the address you registered with. You may be able to contact them to update it prior to redeeming though.

Is it a glitch or did they limit the items? Have you already ordered this item? Or the level? Why a glitch on some not all? I want my second Hard Rock.... Not really the best food but its cool.

It is NOT a limit issue, I have not redeemed any items from the levels I am having the issue with.

Any level I try to redeem, any prize, it gives me the mentioned error.

I already redeemed a level 2 item, 2 days ago, without any issues. This is happening for a lower levels now, (4 &5)
