Open to legal U.S. residents of the states of North Carolina or South Carolina who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
The Sweepstakes will begin at 7:00am, (E.T.) on Monday, May 20, 2013 and end at 11:59pm (E.T.) on Saturday, June 1st, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. There are two (2) ways to enter:
Visitors to the TV64 Facebook page will see a link to enter the TV64's iPad Giveaway Sweepstakes sponsored by wsoctv.com http://www.facebook.co
Entries will also be received by visiting the WSOCTV.com official registration page at http://www.wsoctv.com/tv64 and completing all of the required information and following all posted instructions.
Limit one (1) entry per person per email address/Facebook account, regardless of method of entry.
On or about Monday, June 3, 2013, Sponsor will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
(1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) iPad 4, 16GB with retina display.
Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified on or about Monday, June 3, 2013 at the telephone number, email address and/or U.S. Mail address provided on the potential Grand Prize winner's entry form.
In order to claim a prize, potential Grand Prize winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within forty-eight (48) hours of notice or attempted notice.
To claim his/her prize, potential Grand Prize winner must personally visit Sponsor's offices at 1901 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28206 within five (5) business days after notification (office visits must be between the hours of 9 a.m. (E.S.T.) and 5 p.m. (E.S.T.) weekdays) and must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
