Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia) who are 13 years of age or older

2 GRAND PRIZES: A soccer training experience for winner and 1 guest (the
"Experience"). Experience includes an 8-hour training session for winner and guest
with 2 professional soccer players at a location near winner's home (professional
soccer players and location to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion);
round-trip transportation to and from the location of training session; parking fees (if
any); 3 meals; a POWERADE uniform consisting of warm-up suit, shorts, socks,
training jersey, and t-shirt (size, color, and style determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion); a photo op with the professional soccer players; and a training session
completion certificate. Winner must be in good physical condition and may be
required to provide signed documentation to that effect, or forfeit the prize. Winner
must be available to complete the Experience on the dates specified by Sponsor or
forfeit the prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make reasonable
efforts to select dates acceptable to winner. All expenses, travel, and other costs not
expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of
winner. Winner's guest must be 13 years or older to participate. If winner or
winner's guest is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner and
guest must be accompanied by either the winner's or the guest's parent/legal
guardian. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Approximate Retail
Value ("ARV"): $500.
Instant Win Game Prizes:
50 FIRST PRIZES: A Nintendo® Wii U; and an EA Sports FIFA 13 video game. ARV: $400.
