begins at 3:00 pm Eastern Time ("ET") on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 and ends on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at 11:59 pm ET
open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. (i.e., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are physically located and residing therein.
Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZES: Grand Prize (1) Grand Prize winner ("GP Winner") and one (1) guest will receive a 4-day /3-night trip to Los Angeles, CA (the "Trip") currently scheduled to take place from August 10 – 13, 2013. The Trip will consist of the following: (a.) Round-trip coach class airfare for GP Winner and guest from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to the GP Winner's permanent residence (or, in Sponsor's sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200-mile radius of Los Angeles) to a Los Angeles-area airport; (b.) Three (3) nights hotel accommodation for GP Winner and guest at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only); (c.) airport transfers (if applicable) and ground transportation to/from the Event (defined below); (d.) $250 spending money; and (e.) two (2) tickets to attend the Teen Choice® Awards, currently scheduled to take place on Sunday, August 11, 2013 (the "Event"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $4,700. Total Cumulative Prize ARV: $4,700. TRAVEL IS SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE AUGUST 10-13 2013
