Promotion begins on May 20, 2013, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 16, 2013, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, whichever is greater.

Promotion consists of a photo contest and sweepstakes drawing. Entrants are invited to submit a photo demonstrating interest in Ortega Tacos and recipes utilizing Ortega Tacos. Entrants will also receive an entry into the sweepstakes drawing upon submission of a photo entry.
Complete and submit the registration form, including: name, email address, a valid home address and a photo. After you submit your contest entry, you will also automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing.
Limit: Each entrant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
Sweepstakes Drawings: All Promotion entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing. The Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes Drawing on or about 5:00 p.m. ET on June 21, 2013.
Fifty (50) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: One (1) $10 grocery store gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10.
Photo Contest Winner Determination: One (1) winner will be selected on or about 5:00 p.m. ET on June 21, 2013 and announced on or about June 27, 2013. The winning entry will be judged by Sponsor, whose decisions regarding this Contest are final and binding in all respects, based on the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"): (a) Recipe/Product Usage, (b) Originality and (c) Quality of Photo.
One (1) CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: One (1) $250 grocery store gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $250.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS ("Photo Guidelines"):
Photos must be no larger than 2 MB and must be in JPEG, GIF or PNG format. Photo and photo title may not be obscene or indecent; shall not be sexually explicit or suggestive, profane or pornographic, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; shall not promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message; shall not be offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; shall not defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or its products or services, or other people, products or companies; shall not communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill with which Sponsor wishes to be associated; shall not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity; shall not in any other way violate any applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations or Facebook's Terms of Service; shall not contain any reference to any third-party trademarks, names or third-party logos or any copyrighted components; and shall not contain any personal identification, such as names, email addresses or street addresses. Photos that are not in compliance with these Photo Guidelines, as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion, may be disqualified.
Entrants warrant that their submission is their own original work, it has not been copied from others, and it does not violate the rights of any other person or entry. All entries become exclusive property of Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned. The copyright in any submission shall remain the property of the Entrant, but entry constitutes entrant's irrevocable, perpetual permission and consent, without further compensation or attribution, to use and display the submission and the entrant's name, city, and state in any medium at any time, for advertising, commercial, or publicity purposes by the Sponsor. Sponsor and/or others authorized by the Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt, modify, trademark, copyright, and publish all photo submissions and transfer Sponsor's rights in all photo submissions to third parties. Each entrant releases and discharges the Sponsor, Administrator, Facebook, their employees, agents, or representatives or any of their parents, subsidiaries, sister companies, or affiliates from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, legal claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages, demand or actions of any kind.
