Sweepstakes begins on or about May 24, 2013 at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") and is scheduled to end on July 7, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m.
Open only to residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (the "Territory") who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and are physically located in the Territory at the time of entry.

First time Entrants will need to provide their first and last name, email address, phone number (including area code), date of birth, complete street address, city, state and zip code, and agree to these Official Rules (if ineligible based upon the date of birth entered, there will be no further entry steps permitted); Returning Entrants will be recognized by their email address.
Limit one (1) registration per eligible Entrant for the entire Promotion Period and one (1) entry per person/email address per day.
Grand Prize: Subject to verification, three (3) Grand Prize winners will receive a five (5) day/four (4) night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (which guest must be at least twenty-one [21] years old as of the first scheduled day of the trip) on Sponsor-selected dates on or about July 10, 2014 through July 14, 2014 to attend the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ final match in Brazil currently scheduled to be held on Sunday, July 13, 2014. Grand Prize consists solely of: round-trip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the winner's residence to the Rio de Janeiro airport in Brazil (airports selected at Sponsor's sole discretion); airport transfers to and from the Rio airport, hotel accommodations (one standard double occupancy room) for four (4) nights at a hotel selected in Sponsor's sole discretion; two (2) tickets to the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ final match (ticket location to be determined by Sponsor); hotel to stadium transfers and meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner each day (not including alcohol)). Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $10,850
First Prizes: Subject to verification, each of the five (5) First Prize winners will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for First Prize winner and one (1) guest (which guest must be at least twenty-one 21 years old as of the first scheduled day of the trip) on Sponsor-selected dates on or about September 9, 2013 through September 11, 2013 to Columbus, OH to attend the US vs. Mexico 2014 FIFA World Cup™ qualifier match, which is currently scheduled to be held on September 10, 2013. Each First Prize trip consists solely of: round-trip coach class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the First Prize winner's residence to a major airport near Columbus, OH (airports selected at Sponsor's sole discretion); airport transfers in Columbus, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one standard double occupancy room) at a hotel selected at Sponsor's sole discretion; one (1) $50 McDonald's Arch Card® and welcome gift, two (2) tickets to the United States vs. Mexico 2014 FIFA World Cup™ qualifier match (ticket location to be determined by Sponsor); hotel to stadium transfers; and $250 spending money, awarded in the form of a gift card selected by Sponsor (gift card is subject to its terms and conditions). One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty (1,550) "Other Prizes":
One Hundred Fifty (150): A $20 McDonald's Arch Card®;
One Thousand (1,000): A EA SPORTS™ FIFA Soccer 13 Video Game, ARV: $60;
Five Hundred (500) FIFA T-Shirts, ARV: $40.
