Unfortunately, the Official Rules are not available online. I saw this contest on my bag of Lay's potato chips. This is written on the back of the bag. If anyone has anything to add, please do

edit: And I'd like to add the email they sent had an incorrect link, so you had to delete the young america stuff at the beginning. Then when you enter your info and go to select your birthdate you must use the down error on your keyboard (clicking your mouse will cause it to reset), the email address listed in the email (if there's any problems) is not even active. The email I sent to card services says I'll get a reply in 2-3 business days.
