HGTV's Monster of a Summer Sweepstakes ~ 6/27/13

Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 23, 2013 and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on June 27, 2013.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.

Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day, during the Promotion Period.

The one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on approximately July 11, 2013 by an independent judging organization, and will be contacted by phone on or about July 12, 2013.

Prize: Grand Prize Winner will receive their choice of one (1) of the following vacation packages: (i) Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida Vacation Package (the "Florida Vacation Package") or (ii) Disneyland® Resort in California Vacation Package (the "California Vacation Package").

Option 1 - The Florida Vacation Package shall consist of:
Four (4) round trip coach air fares between the major international airport closest to Grand Prize Winner's residence and the Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida, USA; provided, however, if Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, air fare will not be provided to the Grand Prize Winner.
Four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort; provided, however, if Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, transfers will not be provided to the Grand Prize Winner.
Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at the Walt Disney World® Resort hotel selected by Disney in its sole discretion.
Four (4) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper®.
A Disney Gift Card with a value of one thousand ($1,000) dollars.
Disney PhotoPass products with a value up to three hundred ($300) dollars.
One (1) Disney Character Dining experience for four (4) persons.
The estimated retail value of the Florida Vacation Package is $6,534.52.

Option 2 The California Vacation Package shall consist of:
Four (4) round trip coach air fares between the major international airport closest to Grand Prize Winner's residence and a Southern California airport as chosen by Disney (with possible layovers); provided, however, if Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Disneyland® Resort, air fare will not be provided to the Grand Prize Winner.
A voucher for four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Southern California airport and the Disneyland® Resort; provided, however, if Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Disneyland® Resort, transfers will not be provided to the Grand Prize Winner.
Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a deluxe hotel at the Disneyland® Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion.
Four (4) 5-Day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Tickets (subject to restrictions).
A Disney Gift Card with a value of one thousand ($1,000) dollars.
Disney PhotoPass products with a value up to three hundred ($300) dollars.
One (1) Disney Character Dining experience for four (4) persons.
The estimated retail value of the California Vacation Package is $6,018.00.
