PRIZES: The prize to be awarded from the Sweepstakes is as follows:
One (1) national grand prizewinner will be awarded: Two (2) tickets per night to
the 2013 ESSENCE Festival™ Presented by Coca-Cola®™(July 5, 6 & 7th - $642
value). Prize also includes round trip coach airfare for to New Orleans (departing on
July 4, 2013 and returning on July 8, 2013), four (4) nights hotel stay in New Orleans
(one room, double occupancy) covering the nights of July 4-8, 2013, ground
transportation to/from airport to hotel in New Orleans, $500 gift card for spending
money while in New Orleans and meet 'n greet with Jill Scott on Saturday, July 6th
(timing subject to Sponsor scheduling).
a. Ground transportation, meals, beverages, gratuities, hotel room service, luggage
costs, souvenirs, incidentals and all other costs are the responsibility of the winner
and his or her guests. Winner and guests must be able to travel on the dates
specified. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary.
b. To the extent that prize elements are provided by third-party providers, winner
agrees to look solely to applicable prize providers with respect to any claims, losses,
or disputes in connection therewith.
c. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000)
