Five (5) Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 8/30/13 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. One hundred (100) Weekly Sweepstakes winners (one thousand five hundred (1,500) total Weekly winners for the Sweepstakes) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by that Week's entry deadline. Non-winning Weekly Sweepstakes entries will automatically rollover into any subsequent Weekly drawings.

Five (5) Grand Prizes – Winner's choice of one of the following two (2) options:

Grand Prize Option # 1 - One (1) Crazy Good™ Ultimate Access Pass™ – 2014 National Pass. The Pass entitles the Pass holder plus three (3) guests access to Live Nation produced concerts at participating Live Nation owned and operated venues in the United States. Participating venues are subject to change at any time. The Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets in 2014. Pass holder must reserve tickets at least seven days prior to event through a dedicated reservation email address. Reservations may be required (3) weeks in advance during December 2014 events. This pass is not eligible for December 31, 2014 events. Tickets will be placed at Will Call under the Pass Holders name. Passholder must be present to pick up tickets; photo ID and Ultimate Access Pass will be required. Tickets to a particular show are not guaranteed. There may be additional service and parking fees charged for each ticket. Not all events listed on ww.livenation.com are Live Nation produced events. Not valid for private events or rentals. Some blackout dates may apply. Pass expires December 30, 2014. Approximate Retail Value of this Grand Prize choice is: $3,000.00.

Grand Prize Option # 2 - One (1) Crazy Good™ Rock Flight® which includes four (4) tickets to a Live Nation produced concert at a Live Nation owned and operated venue in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia; round-trip, coach class air transportation for four (4) from the major airport nearest Grand Prize winner's home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest the concert; two (2) double occupancy standard hotel rooms for two (2) nights / three (3) days; and one (1) $200.00 cash gift card (winner only). Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with its use. Approximate Retail Value of this Grand Prize choice is $5,000.00, depending upon winner's point of travel origin and airfare fluctuations at the time of taking the trip. Live Nation reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred (200) miles from trip destination city. Travel must take place on the day prior to the confirmed concert and return the day following the concert. All travel must be taken no later than 9/1/14; no alternative travel dates are available or prize will be forfeited.

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: One Thousand Five Hundred (1,500) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes (one hundred (100) prizes per Week) - A $50 Live Nation® Concert Cash® Code. The Code is redeemable only on the Live Nation website located at www.livenation.com/ptcrazygoodsummer. The Code is a one-time use only voucher code good toward $50-off final ticket purchase for a select concert at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venue in the United States, based on availability under this program; or $50-off select merchandise sold at the Live Nation Store. Certain exclusions apply. Code cannot be used towards merchandise shipping charges. Excludes fan clubs and ticket packages. All ticket purchases are subject to the Purchase Policy found at http://www.livenation.com/h/purchase.html. The Code is redeemable only on the Live Nation website located at www.livenation.com/ptcrazygoodsummer. Code must be redeemed by 3:00 PM (PT) on 12/31/13.
