Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Begins on April 29, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), ends on August 4, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"), and consists of fourteen (14) weekly entry periods (each a "Weekly Entry Period") as outlined in the chart below. Visit a Wendy's® Restaurant: During the Promotion Period, visit a Wendy's® restaurant and use a web-enabled device to go to www.wendystasty
Mail-in Alternate Method: To enter without visiting a Wendy's restaurant or using a web-enabled device, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "Wendy's® Tasty Trio Sweepstakes," c/o ePrize, Inc., P.O. Box 5046, Kalamazoo MI 49003-5046. Upon receipt of your mail-in, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for the Weekly Entry Period during which it was postmarked. Limit: One (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by August 5, 2013 and received by August 12, 2013. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
Limit: You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
Entries from one Weekly Entry Period will not carry-over into subsequent Weekly Entry Periods.
The potential winners will be notified by email.
Prize: FOURTEEN (14) GRAND PRIZES (1 per Weekly Entry Period): $1,000 Visa® gift card.Terms and conditions of gift card apply. Approximate Retail Value: $1,000.

You can play away from Wendy's restaurant. Using Google Chrome, you have to bypass Wendy's geolocation requirement [labnol.org]. Use Google Maps to get a GPS Coordinate from Wendy's restaurant.
There is a similar method with Firefox add-on Geolocater [addictivetips.com] which also works.

You need to click on "Refresh Your Location" and not refreshing the page when it is rejecting your coordinate.
