open only to individuals ("Entrants") who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia that are or will be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.

A limit of one (1) entry per day is allowed per individual for the duration of the Sweepstakes
Prize Package will include the following: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to Las Vegas, Nevada. Domestic roundtrip coach airfare for Winner and one (1) guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize Winner's primary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination airport for Las Vegas, NV; three (3) days and two (2) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at destination; and five-hundred dollars ($500.00) in
spending money. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $3,000.00
