PRIZES: Eighty-One (81) Prizes Are Available to Be Awarded in all as follows:
(i) One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: (a) four (4) tickets (for use by
Grand prize Winner and three (3) guests) to one (1) LA Galaxy 2013 regular season
MLS home game ("Game") in Carson, CA (exact date of Game and location of tickets to
be determined by Sponsor); (b) on the day of the Game, Grand Prize Winner will also
receive: (i) one (1) parking pass; (ii) one (1) on-field experience to be determined by
Sponsor; (iii) one (1) On-Field Experience with the Futboleros during the Game; (iv)
one (1) in-stadium on-screen video shot of Grand Prize Winner; (v) one (1) Meet &
Greet on day of Game with one (1) LA Galaxy player to be determined by Sponsor and
subject to player availability (exact date TBD by Sponsor); (vi) one (1) behind the scene
tour of the Galaxy's home stadium; and (vii) four (4) $25 food vouchers redeemable instadium
at participating concession stands; (c) four (4) LA Galaxy jerseys and other
select LA Galaxy merchandise as determined by Sponsor and (d) twenty four (24)
Shasta coupons each redeemable for one (1) twelve (12) pack of Shasta soda
(Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $1,405.00)
(ii) Ten (10) First Place Prize Winners will each receive: One (1) LA Galaxy jersey, one (1)
LA Galaxy cap and two (2) Shasta soda 2-Liter coupons (each a "First Place Prize")
(ARV of each First Place Prize: $102.00 )
(iii) Twenty (20) Second Place Prize Winners will each receive: one (1) LA Galaxy cap and
two (2) Shasta soda 2-Liter coupons (each a "Second Place Prize") (ARV of each Second
Place Prize: $22.00 )
(iv) Five Hundred (500) Third Place Prize Winners will each receive: one (1) Shasta soda 2-
Liter coupons (each a "Third Place Prize") (ARV of each Third Place Prize: $1.00)

Flavor of Champions Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents who
are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least 18 years old) or the parent
or legal guardian of a minor, who is at least thirteen years of age or older at the time of entry, may enter
on behalf of their eligible child at the time of entry, and who live within a seventy-five (75) mile radius
