Grand Prize (1): The grand prize is a 2013 FIAT 500 ABARTH Cabrio ("Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any additional features, upgrades or options to the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize, at his or her own expense, within 45 days of notice of availability of the Grand Prize from Sponsor at a dealership selected by Sponsor based on proximity to Grand Prize Winner's residence or the Grand Prize may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, be forfeited. No other delivery option will be available. Subject to availability, the Grand Prize will be delivered approximately 120 days after final verification of the Grand Prize Winner's eligibility. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes and expenses, including but not limited to: sales tax, luxury tax, destination charges, registration, title and license fees, insurance and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner must present his or her valid U.S. driver's license and provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to the delivery of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize vehicle details and availability are subject to change. The ARV/Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of the Grand Prize is $35,000.

First Prize (4): The first prize (individually, "First Prize" and collectively, "First Prizes") is a performance adventure at the ABARTH® Track Experience consisting of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for the First Prize Winner to a location to be determined by Sponsor at Sponsor's sole discretion based on the First Prize Winner's proximity to an ABARTH Track Experience. The First Prize includes: roundtrip coach class airfare from a major gateway airport (selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion) near the First Prize Winner's residence to the location determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; two (2) nights four-star hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy at a hotel selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion); roundtrip ground transportation from the destination airport to and from the hotel; and a $200 Visa® Gift Card. The ARV of each First Prize is $3,000. The actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $12,000. The odds of winning a First Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received in the First Prize Drawing. No more than four (4) First Prizes will be awarded. Limit one (1) First Prize per household.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible Entrant must visit www.scoreascorpion.com ("Page"), logon to his or her Facebook® account (or create one for free at www.facebook.com), allow Facebook permissions to access the Sweepstakes, and follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Sweepstakes by providing the requested information on the registration form.

To gain entries into the Sweepstakes, an Entrant must find and collect scorpions (individually, "Scorpion" and collectively, "Scorpions") found on various social media sites and advertisements located throughout the world wide web ("Scorpion Sites"). After logging onto the Page and visiting a Scorpion Site, an Entrant must find and click on the Scorpion, which will then open the Page and confirm the receipt of an entry. Hints will be posted on the Page to aid Entrants to find Scorpions. For each Scorpion an Entrant finds, he or she will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes
