McDonald's® & Coca-Cola® Grab Summer by the Buck Sweepstakes ~ 8/31/13

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), June 5, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, August 31, 2013 and consists of 13 Entry Periods, including 12 Weekly Entry Periods and a Grand Prize Entry Period, as set forth in the chart below.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia) who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry and who did not purchase any special equipment in order to participate.
There are 2 ways to enter:
a) Online Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.grabsummer.
Bonus Entries: From time to time, the Sponsor will introduce an additional task ("Bonus Task") that will be available for entrants to complete. Click on the Bonus Task and upload your Submission. Once your Submission has been accepted and appears in your "My Bucket List" gallery, you will receive 5 additional entries (each a "Bonus Entry") into the drawing for the applicable Weekly Entry Period and 5 additional entries into the drawing for the Grand Prize.
Free Mail-In Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, to enter without uploading a picture, completing tasks, or making a purchase, hand print your full name, street address, (no P.O. Boxes), day/evening/cellular phone number (if any), email address, date of birth, and the Weekly Entry Period for which you are entering on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "McDonald's & Coca-Cola Grab Summer by the Buck, and the Weekly Entry Period for which you are entering – Sweeps Entry," P.O. Box 5046, Department #597112, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046. You will receive 25 entries into the drawing for the applicable Weekly Entry Period and 25 entries into the drawing for the Grand Prize Entry Period, up to the limit specified below. If you do not specify a Weekly Entry Period on the entry and/or the outside of the envelope, you will receive 25 entries into the Weekly Entry Period during which it wasreceived. Limit: 25 entries per stamped envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten, and postmarked and received by the dates specified in the chart below.
Limit: 20 Sweepstakes entries and up to 5 Bonus Entries per person per Weekly Entry Period (when applicable) if you enter through the Online Method of Entry or 25 Sweepstakes entries per person per Weekly Entry Period if you enter through the Free Mail-In Method of Entry, and up to a total of 96 Sweepstakes entries and up to 30 Bonus Entries (when applicable) per person into the drawing for the Grand Prize if you enter through the Online Method of Entry or 126 Sweepstakes entries per person into the drawing for the Grand Prize if you enter through the Free Mail-In Method of Entry. Non-winning entries will carry over into subsequent Weekly Entry Period drawings.
1 GRAND PRIZE: A trip package for 4 to the Caribbean. Trip package includes:
- round trip, coach-class air transportation for 4 from a major airport near winner's home to an major airport near destination city (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
- 4 nights' accommodations at Sponsor's choice of hotel (single room, quad occupancy);
- round trip ground transportation between airport and hotel;
- a $1,000 gift card that may be used for spending money; and
- travel agent services.
Winner must complete the trip within 1 year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. ARV: $8,500.
20 WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD 1 PRIZES: Tickets to a concert of winner's choice, awarded as a $500 VISA® gift card. ARV: $500.
20 WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD 2 PRIZES: A 16 GB Apple® iPad® and Smartcover. ARV: $448.
20 WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD 3 PRIZES: A shopping spree for 2, awarded as 2 $250 VISA® gift cards. ARV: $500.
20 WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD 4 PRIZES: An airline voucher, good for 1 round trip flight. Use by expiration date printed on voucher. Failure to use voucher prior to the expiration date will result in prize forfeiture. ARV: $663.
20 WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD 5 PRIZES: A year of movie outings for 4, awarded as 48 movie tickets and 48 food vouchers. Failure to use tickets and vouchers prior to the expiration date printed on them will result in prize forfeiture. By accepting a ticket prize, each winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the tickets. Tickets may be subject to issuer's standard rain-check policies and procedures. ARV: $600.
20 WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD 6 PRIZES: Sunglasses for 2, awarded as 2 $250 Sunglass Hut gift cards. ARV: $500.
20 WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD 7 PRIZES: A weekend road trip, awarded as a $500 VISA® gift card that may be used for travel expenses and/or hotel accommodations; and 2 $25 McDonald's Arch Cards. ARV: $550.

Photo Guidelines:
The Submission must be in .jpg format;
The Submission must not exceed 5 MB in size;
The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.
Content Restrictions:
The Submission must not include any private information of a third party such as name, address, phone number, or email address;
The Submission must not include the image of a child under the age of 13 drinking a Coca-Cola product;
If a Submission includes the image of a child under the age of 13, the Submission must also include an image of his/her parent/legal guardian;
The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, McDonald's, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes;
The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor and by McDonald's, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate in his/her Submission in this Sweepstakes;
The Submission must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;
The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Submission is created.
Entrant must have permission from all individuals that appear in the Submission (if any) to use their name and likeness in the Submission and to grant the rights set forth herein. If requested, entrant must be able to provide such permissions in a form acceptable by Sponsor. Uploading a Submission constitutes entrant's consent to give Sponsor and McDonald's a royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, assignable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the Submission or any portion thereof.
