Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 p.m. ("noon") Eastern Time ("ET") on June 3, 2013 and ends at noon ET on September 30, 2013.

Open to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of date of Sweepstakes Entry/Game Play.

Complete all required registration information including entering the corresponding day's Code to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes Entry") and one (1) chance to be an Instant Winner ("Game Play").

Limit one Game Play/Sweepstakes Entry per person per day.

One (1) Entry Period Prize Winner [four (4) total] per Entry Period will be selected in separate random drawings on or about the following dates after each Entry Period's end date (July 2, 2013; August 2, 2013; September 3, 2013 and October 1, 2013), from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received by the end date of the corresponding Entry Period. Entries will not be carried forward for any future Entry Period's Drawings, if any.

Sweepstakes Prizes: Entry Period Prize (4 total, 1 per Entry Period): A $500 Rent the Runway credit and a $1,000 check made payable to the winner (ARV: $1,500 each). Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Prize per person.

Instant Win Prize (120 total): A $100 Sponsor selected gift card. Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per person.

Second Chance Drawing: All Entrants will be automatically entered into a second chance random drawing for any unclaimed Instant Win Prizes. Second chance random drawing will be conducted by Administrator, on or about October 11, 2013 from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received. The winners will be notified by mail, phone and/or email.
