Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for two to Chicago, IL. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two between the major commercial airport closest to the winner's residence and Chicago, IL; standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor's choice consisting of one room for 3-nights (based on double occupancy); 4-days use of a mid-size class rental car (to be awarded in the form of a $200 bank-issued, pre-loaded gift card to winner; use of rental car subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agency); one dinner for winner and his/her guest at one of Rick Bayless' restaurants in Chicago, IL (selection of restaurant is at Sponsor's sole discretion); an autographed Rick Bayless cookbook, Fiesta at Rick's; and a $300 bank-issued, pre-loaded gift card for expenses (winner only). Winner and his/her guest must depart/return from the same major airport, and travel on same itinerary. No transfer of substitution of trip elements will be permitted. Trip does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, meals (other than those noted herein), service charges, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airport charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above. Trip is not redeemable for cash. TRIP MUST BE TAKEN BY 12/31/13 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. In the event that any activity included in the prize is cancelled, delayed and/or postponed for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor will have no further obligation, other than to award the remainder of the prize.
