Universal City Studios Despicable Me 2 “Missing Minions” Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes ~ 7/1/13

Promotion consists of two components: (i) an Instant Win Game (the "Game") and (ii) a random draw Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). Game and Sweepstakes start at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on 6/10/13 and ends at 9:00 a.m. PT on 7/1/13.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia, who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are thirteen (13) years of age or older.

HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: To play the game during the Game Period, interested individuals may play by (i) logging on to the website at www.missingminions.com, (ii) follow the directions to log in to the site as directed either via Facebook log-in or registered email address log-in (and if email address is not already registered, by providing the personal information as required therein: first and last name, email address, daytime telephone number, zip code, date of birth and gender); (iii) clicking on the button to agree to the Official Rules and Privacy Policy, and (iv) clicking on the "Submit" button located therein. Completing the foregoing to conclusion will result in one (1) "Game Play".

ONLY ONE (1) GAME PLAY PER PERSON/E-MAIL ADDRESS PER DAY DURING THE GAME PERIOD WILL BE ACCEPTED.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES VIA THE INTERNET BY FINDING MISSING MINIONS: Interested individuals may enter the Sweepstakes via the Internet during the Online Sweepstakes Period by either of the two (2) following methods:
Method #1: (i) log onto Promotion Site (as detailed above); (ii) follow the directions at the Promotion Site for finding "Missing Minions" at the Partner Sites, including, but not limited to the list below; (iii) follow the appropriate Partner Site links for the specific Missing Minions; and (iv) when finding a Missing Minion at a Partner Site, clicking on it.
Method #2: (i) Find a Missing Minion on a Partner Site; (ii) click on it; and (iii) when connected to the Promotion Site, log in to the site when directed as detailed above. A "Missing Minion Entry" takes place only after the logged-in entrant either clicks on or has already clicked on the Missing Minion as detailed above.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES BY MAIL WITHOUT FINDING MISSING MINIONS: To enter the Sweepstakes by mail without finding Missing Minions, entrant must hand print first and last name, street address, city, state, Zip code, daytime telephone number, date of birth and (if applicable) email address on a postcard and mail to The Despicable Me 2 "Missing Minions" Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes, PO Box 6041, Sherman Oaks, CA 91413 (each a "Mail-in Entry" and collectively the "Mail-in Entries"). All Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by 7/1/13 and received by 7/8/13.

ONLY TWENTY-FOUR (24) ENTRIES PER PERSON/HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS AND/OR E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be awarded in this Promotion): Grand Prize consists of a trip for the eligible Game Play Winner and up to three (3) travel companions to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner's home (as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) consecutive nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel or at another on-site hotel (as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and Hotel in Orlando, FL; 3 Park Unlimited Pass Tickets that will allow access to Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Wet 'n Wild for winner and up to three (3) guests; and admission to one (1) Blue Man Group performance (exact date and time to be determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion) for winner and up to three (3) guests.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Trip is three thousand six hundred ninety one dollars and six cents ($3,691.06). Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date and travel must be completed by 6/30/14 or prize will be forfeited and no additional prize element substituted. If Grand Prize winner lives within 150 miles of the Hotel (as determined by Prize Provider), airfare will not be provided and no ground transportation or additional compensation will be provided in lieu thereof.

GAME PLAY PRIZE (two (2) Game Play prizes are available to be won during each of the twenty-one (21) days of the Game: Each Game Play prize consists of a pair of tickets to see the motion picture "Despicable Me 2". The prize will be awarded as a code good for redemption for the prize tickets, by following the instructions at www.fandango.com. All Game Play prize tickets are subject to all conditions of use and restrictions at www.fandango.com. The ARV of each Game Play prize is $30. The total ARV of all Game Play prizes is $1,260.

The total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the Promotion is $4,951.06.
