Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 10, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 29, 2013.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry

Upon completing all of the steps above and clicking the "Submit" button you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. After you have received your initial entry, you may also earn bonus entries via one (1) of the following two (2) methods. NOTE: The maximum number of bonus entries allowed during the Sweepstakes Period is fifty (50) regardless of the method(s) used to obtain bonus entries.

Bonus Entries for Sharing to Social Networks: When prompted, share the Sweepstakes with your friends by following the instructions for one (1) or more of the methods provided (either via Facebook® wall post, Facebook® email invitation or by tweeting via Twitter®). Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry into the respective Prize Drawing for each referred person who; (a) entered the Sweepstakes via the "Shared wall post"; (b) entered the Sweepstakes as a result of the email invitation; or (c) entered the Sweepstakes via the tweet posted on Twitter®.

Bonus Entries by Mail: To receive bonus entries without sharing to social networks, you may do so by mail as follows: On a plain 3" x 5" card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address (if available) to: "US Vision "JCP Optical 20/20 Summer Fashion Sweepstakes", c/o The Archer Group, 233 North King Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. Mail entries must be postmarked by June 29, 2013 and received by July 8, 2013 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Each envelope is considered one (1) bonus entry for the Sweepstakes. Multiple bonus entries submitted in the same envelope are void.

There will be twenty (20) random drawings held on or about August 3, 2013, in which one (1) Prize Winner for each drawing will be awarded a Prize. Each Prize Winner will receive a prize based upon the order in which the Prize Winners are selected as it relates to the order in which the Prizes are listed in the "PRIZES/PRIZE CONDITIONS" section below, and subject to verification. POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY REGISTERED MAIL.

The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is $4,625. Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, Prizes shall be limited to one (1) per person/household.
