Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 31, 2013, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 29, 2013.
Open to legal residents who at time of entry are: 1) age 18 years or older; 2) legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada who are physically located and residing therein; and 3) licensed motor vehicle drivers.

Complete and submit the Sweepstakes registration form ("Primary Entry"). You will have the opportunity to earn one (1) additional entry when a friend enters the Sweepstakes via the Sweepstakes share message link posted by you (Additional Entry(ies)).
Limit one (1) Primary Entry and up to ten (10) Additional Entries per person/authorized account holder during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
One (1) Prize: Winner will receive a Can-Am Spyder® ST Limited (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price: $24,599.00 USD).
Winner must show a government issued identification and valid government issued driver's license and insurance (if applicable) prior to taking possession of prize. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses associated with picking up the prize at a Can-Am Spyder® dealership near his/her primary residence as determined by Sponsor. Winner will be notified when the prize is available for pick up which may take up to 120 days from date of order. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery of the prize. If the prize is not picked up within thirty (30) days of the date the prize is delivered to the Can-Am Spyder® dealership, the winner shall bear any risk of loss or damage to the prize, and after thirty (30) days the prize may be forfeited by the winner. If the prize is forfeited by the winner, the prize will not be awarded to an alternate winner. The prize is based on standard manufacturer package and does not include additional features/options. Winner is responsible for other options not expressly included and for title, license and registration fees (if required by state/province law at time the prize is picked up), gasoline, as well as all applicable tax liabilities. Selection of color and model of prize will be at Sponsor's sole discretion.
