Sweepstakes begins 12:00:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on 6/12/13 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on 11/15/13.
Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are legally licensed drivers in their state of residence and eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) pre-owned 2013 FIAT Pop.
Approximate Retail Value: $18,500. Vehicle is pre-owned and utilized in connection with this promotion. Approximate mileage of vehicle at conclusion of promotion: 1,000.
Winner must provide proof of valid insurance and valid U.S. driver's license to take delivery of vehicle and must take delivery of the vehicle at a location specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any options not included in vehicle as awarded are winner's sole responsibility. Title, license & registration fees & insurance for vehicle & travel or other costs associated with taking possession of vehicle & any other expenses associated with prize not explicitly stated herein are winner's sole responsibility. Vehicle color & any other specifics of the prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor.

That says they start at $16,000....so a used model, is valued at $2,000 more? I wonder if you could use blue book values for a used car...
