begins on June 13, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 31, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Limit: You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period

Prizes: There will be three (3) prizes awarded for each Concert Venue Prize Drawing,
except for the Wantagh, New York venue where there will be two (2) prizes
awarded. Each Concert Venue Prize Drawing prize consists of four (4) tickets to the One
Direction concert on the respective concert date and location as indicated in the chart above in Section 3. Approximate Retail Value or each Concert Venue Prize Drawing prize is ("ARV"): $400.
