PUBLIC VOTING & SEMI-FINALIST DETERMINATION: The Public Voting Period will begin on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 12:00:01 AM ET and end on Friday, July 5, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
Finalist Prizes: Ten (10) Finalists (defined below) will receive a Lufthansa Destination Comfort travel blanket. The ARV of each Finalist Prize is: $22.00 USD.
Following the conclusion of the Public Voting Period, all votes will be counted. The ten (10) Entrants to receive the highest number of votes will be declared a Contest finalist ("Finalist") (although fewer if insufficient valid Contest Entries are received). In the event of a tie, the Sponsor will review and grade the tied Entries based on the following criteria: a) practicality (70%), and b) creativity (30%) to determine which entrant will be deemed a Finalist.
Finalists will be announced on or about Monday, July 1, 2013, and their Entry, along with their name, will be posted on the Promotion Site. The Finalist Prizes will be awarded within approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after the end of the Contest Period.
CONTEST JUDGING: The ten (10) Finalist Contest Entries will be judged by the Contest Judge, an independent judge appointed by the Sponsor, who shall use criteria set forth herein to determine one (1) Grand Prize Winner.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) round trip business class ticket on a Lufthansa operated flight from any one of the current Lufthansa US gateways to one of Lufthansa's European destinations. Applicable taxes, fees, airport charges, and carrier surcharges, including the September 11 Security Fee of up to $10 per flight segment are included in the Grand Prize.
The first One Hundred (100) eligible participants registered will receive a Lufthansa Destination Comfort travel kit: Retail value $13.00.
