Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, U.S. military
installations and U.S. territories who are 18 years of age or older
Limit: One (1) entry per person over the Sweepstakes Period. Limit: One prize per person or household/dwelling over the Sweepstakes Period.
Weekly Prize and approximate retail value ("ARV")Prize: Each winner will receive a Carter's gift basket (ARV $300). Gift baskets will be comprised of Carter's Little Layette® merchandise only (newborn to 24 month sizes).
Contents of the gift basket cannot exceed two sizes and two genders. Each winner will have the opportunity to request the size and gender for their winning gift basket.
Gift baskets will be sent to the winner 8 to 10 weeks following the last drawing date.
Total approximate retail value of each weekly drawing is $1,200
Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $4,800
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: There will be a total of four (4) drawings awarding
sixteen (16) prizes. Entries made for one drawing will be carried forward to any other
remaining drawings (if any remain). Random drawings to be conducted on the following
schedule:
