Promotion starts at 12:01 a.m. (midnight) Pacific Time ("PT") on June 1, 2013, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 30, 2013.
Open to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, but excluding residents of Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, New York, and Rhode Island; and to legal Canadian residents excluding residents of Quebec. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions (whichever is greater) at the time of entry.
Three (3) ways for eligible entrants to enter the Promotion:
1. Online entry - http://www.redlion.com/viva
2. Entrants will automatically receive one (1) Entry for each week night (Sunday through Saturday) that Entrant books with Red Lion Hotels on redlion.com during the Promotion Period.
3. Entrants may hand print their complete name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state/province, postal code, email address, and date of birth on a 3"x 5" piece of paper, insert it into an envelope, affix postage and mail it to the Sponsor at: Red Lion Hotels and LVH Viva Las Villa Sweepstakes, 201 W. North River Drive, Spokane, WA 99201 and receive one (1) Entry into the Promotion. Each Entry must be mailed separately.
Limit one (1) Entry per person per day regardless of method of entry.
Monthly Sweepstakes Period Prize. Four (4) Monthly Sweepstakes Period Winners will each receive:
- US domestic or Canadian airfare for Four (4) to Las Vegas, Nevada,
- a three-night stay at a 5,000 square foot Villa, and
- VIP access to the Resorts Club Room and Lounge during the duration of the stay.
Redemption of hotel room nights requires advanced reservations, a major credit card to be presented at check-in, and is subject to LVH hotel availability of redemption rate at The Las Vegas Hotel. Travelers under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Black-out periods may apply and such periods will be identified when winner redeems the prize and alternate dates will be suggested. Winners must consume this giveaway on or before 12/31/2014.
ARV for each Monthly Sweepstakes Prize is USD $2,500/CAD $2550.00. Total ARV of all available prizes is USD $10,000/CAD $10,200.00.
