Heineken 2013 Star Bottle Sweepstakes & IWG ~ 7/31/13

Promotion consists of two parts: a Random Chance Instant Win Program and a Random Chance Sweepstakes.

The Instant Win Program begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 5/1/13 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 7/31/13 or when all Instant Win prizes have been awarded, whichever is earlier ("Instant Win Period"), and the Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on 5/1/13 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 7/31/13.

The Instant Win portion of this Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (except New Jersey and Texas) who are 21 or older at the time of entry. This portion of the Promotion may only be entered in or from the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding New Jersey and Texas), and entries originating from New Jersey, Texas, or other jurisdictions outside the United States are not eligible. You are not authorized to participate in the Instant Win portion of this Promotion if you reside in New Jersey or Texas or outside the United States.

The Sweepstakes portion of this Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 or older at the time of entry.

There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion:

First method of entry: Text "STAR" or "BOTTLE" to 88500 for instructions on how to download the Heineken Star App. Register for the App and be entered for a chance to win a world-class experience. Once you've downloaded the App, scan the Heineken bottle and interact with the augmented reality globe to see if you've won an Instant Win prize. New Jersey and Texas residents are not eligible to win Instant Win Prizes but are eligible to be entered into the Sweepstakes.

Alternative method of entry: To enter for free via the Internet, visit www.lim.bz/starbottlerules/amoe and follow the prompts.

Limit of one (1) entry per day per person or e-mail address regardless of method of entry. Please note that there is a limit of one (1) prize per individual, household, street address, and/or e-mail address during any six (6) month period across all Heineken USA promotions, regardless of the brand, except that in this Promotion an Instant Winner is still eligible to win a prize in the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) Instant Win prize and/or one (1) Sweepstakes prize per individual, household, street address, and/or e-mail address.

PRIZES

Instant Win Prizes: Three hundred sixty-eight (368) Instant Win prize winners will each win a $100.00 gift card. Approximate retail value (ARV) of all Instant Win Prizes: $36,800.00.

Sweepstakes Prizes: Seven (7) Grand Prize winners will win a trip for two to a Heineken-sponsored event. Each prize trip package includes coach airfare for two from the gateway airport nearest winner's residence, hotel accommodations for two (one room, double occupancy) for the number of nights indicated in Section 6 of these Official Rules, and two tickets to the event. If winner resides within 100 miles of the event, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation. Transfers between winner's home and airport and back, between the destination airport and hotel and back, and from the hotel to the event and back to the hotel is included. Drawings will take place on the dates indicated in Section 6 of these Official Rules.

Instant Win. Instant Win prize winners will be selected at random and notified shortly after entry is received by Sponsor. If you are a potential Instant Win prize winner, you will receive a message stating that you have won an Instant Win prize. The message will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone if you entered by SMS and will appear on the Website or via e-mail if you entered over the Internet.

Sweepstakes: Potential winners in the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received, to be held on the following dates:
