Promotion begins on June 15, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 2, 2013 at 11:59 a.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the continental United States (not including Alaska and Hawaii) and District of Columbia residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, at the time of the entry.
"Like" the BUDDY FRUITS facebook page, enter through the Smurfs 2 tab - https://www.facebook.co
Limit: Each participant is eligible to receive up to one (1) Sweepstakes entry per week via registration during the Promotion Period.
A third party unaffiliated with Buddy Fruits will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner from all eligible entries on or around July 22, 2013 and another one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner on or around September 2, 2013.
Each week of the Promotion there will be approximately twenty (20) randomly selected winners for the other prizes as indicated below. These winners will be drawn on Monday of each week, starting on June 24, 2013.
GRAND PRIZE: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: A Vacation for a family of four (4), to Paris consisting of the following:
(i) round-trip, economy-class airfare from the major continental U.S. airport closest to winner's home, as determined by Sponsor, to Paris, FRANCE;
(ii) hotel accommodations (single standard room; quadruple occupancy; room and room tax only) for seven(7) days and six (6) consecutive nights.
Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize trip package ("ARV"): $5,550.00. The Grand Prize trip(s) must be completed by September 1, 2014, or Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize in its entirety. Limit: One (1) GRAND PRIZE per person.
Weekly Draw Prizes include:
- One set of four (4) tickets to the U.S. premiere of the Property [Smurfs 2, the Movie,] if held. In the entire discretion of the film's producer, which is independent of Buddy Fruits. ARV: $300 per prize
- One Set of Admissions for up to 4 people for the Sony Studios Tour; [travel not included]. ARV: $140 per prize
- The Smurfs 2 promotional items (namely, 1,000 Property one-sheet posters and 1,000 Property-themed stickers) and Buddy Fruits products gift sets. ARV: $15 per prize
