Sony Movie Channel Back in the Saddle Sweepstakes ~ 7/31/13 (facebook)

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on June 19, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on July 31, 2013.

Open only to individuals who are, as of the start of the Sweepstakes, age 21 or older and legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

How to receive an Original Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes, go to https://www.facebook.com/SonyMovi...8407141557 or www.sonymoviechannel.com (the "Entry Site(s)"). Each entrant must: (i) "Like" the Sony Movie Channel Facebook page, (ii) submit all required information, and (iii) agree to these Official Rules during the Sweepstakes Period to be entered in the Sweepstakes. By completing the steps above and submitting your information as directed at the Entry Site, you will automatically receive one (1) original entry into the applicable Entry Period ("Original Entry") subject to the terms of these Official Rules. Each entrant must have a Facebook account and only one (1) Original Entry per person per day in each Entry Period is permitted (regardless of whether one person has more than one Facebook account).

How to receive Sharing Entries at the Entry Site by Sharing and Having Friends Enter the Sweepstakes: In addition to the one (1) Original Entry per day, you are also eligible to receive additional "Sharing Entries" in an Entry Period via the Entry Site as follows: After receiving an Original Entry at the Entry Site, you will be presented with an opportunity to "Share With Your Friends" the opportunity for them to enter the Sweepstakes. You must follow the directions at the Entry Site, for sharing the details of the Sweepstakes with friends. Each friend ("Friend") that you invite must be a unique and separate individual. For each eligible Friend that successfully enters the Sweepstakes from your invitation only, you will automatically receive one (1) additional "Sharing Entry" in the Sweepstakes. If an eligible Friend re-shares your invitation without altering it and the recipient successfully enters the Sweepstakes from your invitation only, then you (not the re-sharing entrant) will automatically receive one (1) additional "Sharing Entry" in the Sweepstakes. Each Sharing Entry will be eligible for the first prize drawing of the specific Entry Period during which said Sharing Entry is received and for the grand prize drawing. Additional entries to the Sweepstakes by the Friend will not generate additional Sharing Entries for the entrant.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: Each entrant in the Sweepstakes will be entered into a drawing to win a trip for two (2) to the Lost Valley Ranch in Deckers, CO (the "Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize shall consist of two nights/3 days at the Lost Valley Ranch, two round trip coach class plane tickets from an airport near the winner's home in the 50 United States to Denver, CO and $500 spending money in the form of a Visa gift card for a total approximate value of $3310.00.

In addition, each entrant shall be entered into the weekly drawing (each, an "Entry Period") applicable to their time of entry for a chance to win a western movie pack consisting of 2 Blu-ray or DVD western movies and a limited edition pack of Sony Movie Channel hot sauces with an approximate value of $52.00. One (1) First Prize shall be given away for each Entry Period. Each Entry Period will begin and end as follows:

The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $3,622.00. An entrant may win a maximum of one (1) First Prize during the Sweepstakes Period.
