My easy chicken cacciatore recipe with onion, green pepper, stewed tomatoes, wine (optional) and oregano
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 medium cloves garlic minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) stewed tomatoes
2 teaspoons dry oregano
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
4-6 chicken breasts cut up to bite size
3/4 cup dry red wine
PREPARATION:
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
Brown chicken on all sides.
Remove chicken and drain off excess grease, leaving a tablespoon or two.
Add chopped onion, green pepper, and minced garlic to hot skillet; sautuntil onion is tender.
Stir in tomatoes, wine, oregano, salt, pepper.
Add chicken back to sauce and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Serve with hot cooked wheat spaghetti or any other pasta you like.
It should serve about 6 or 4 very hungry people LOL
If you like it on the spicey side, you can substitute the
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) stewed tomatoes for
1 jar of Classico Spicey Tomato & Pesto pasta sauce and omitting the wine.
Bon Appetit. Hope you like it.

Yes - They use a real doll, I think, since they stated you could bring in a washed new doll in a zip lock if you wanted a different top to the cake.
The cupcake one sounds nice and easy.
Are you doing cosmic bumper bowling? Give the kids some glow jewlery too and it can be a blast for them.
Oh mine is too! She was a preemie and had so many oral aversions trying to get her to eat was something awful. You cant tell now though, shes going on 60 lbs and over 4 ft tall.
