BEFORE You Post a Coupon Code...

FIRST check this post to make sure the code isn't already listed here. Also, please note that Office Depot codes are never one-time use, no matter what the restrictions say. They are limited to one use per account, but can be used on a billion different accounts.

Important Things to Note

• Dollar- and percent-off coupons (online or in-store--doesn't matter) are rarely valid on "technology" items, so please do not request a coupon for the latest printer or digital camera you have your eye on.
• In addition to the Office Depot Rewards™ [officedepotrewards.com] program, you can use a third-party site for additional cash back, points, or even airline miles & hotel points. Click here [evreward.com] for an up-to-date list.

THANK YOU ALL for your contributions!

Promo SKU Prefixes

157-###-###

Usage: Try using the 9-digit promo SKU by adding 3 extra digits in front of the standard 6-digit SKU.

Why: Various catalogs have advertised discounts listed. (Often either a discounted price or "buy more and save" bulk purchase discount.) Due to the number of discounts listed (too many to post), you're encouraged to try different promo SKUs listed to determine if any savings are available. A few things to note:
(1) Every prefix is unique from others--as far as which items they work with.
(2) No prefix works on all items, so you have to try different ones to get the best deal.
(3) Some items don't change in price no matter what prefix you use.
(4) Some items actually increase in price. Watch out for this.

When You Have a New Coupon Code...
... edit the wikipost and add it under the appropriate heading.

~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~

Dollar- and percent-off coupons (online or in-store--doesn't matter) are never usually not valid on "technology" items. (Very rarely, usually less than a half dozen times per year, OD will release coupons valid for technology items, excluding services and computers. These are almost always in-store only coupons that appear in the flyer, and very rarely will one arrive in the mail.) OD will occasionally issue coupons for specific tech items (e.g., Maxell recordable media or QuickBooks software) which are usually limited to in-store use but sometimes work online as well. If you are shopping in-store for a tech item, then you may be able to use a competitor's coupon since it once was part of OD's corporate current policy [archive.org] does not directly address acceptance of competitors' coupons.
Quote from earlier version of Office Depot's Low Price Guarantee [archive.org] policy :
Does Office Depot accept coupons from Competitors?
Yes. Coupons are accepted in-store only. Acceptance of coupons from the Web-Competitors is subject
to the terms and conditions listed on the coupon. Office Depot does not accept Competitor coupons for
free/promotional or non-identical products.

Which companies' prices do we match?
The qualifying web competitors ("Web Competitors") are: Staples.com, OfficeMax.com, BestBuy.com,
Reliable.com, Quill.com, Sears.com, Target.com, KMart.com, Costco.com, and SamsClub.com.
Notes:
  1. Stores may only match/accept coupons from local competitors.
  2. Printable coupons are not valid for purchases made in Office Depot liquidation or clearance stores.
  3. Unless noted otherwise below, printable coupons and online codes exclude technology items.

is the office depot ink recycling program same as Staples? I know you can recycle up to 10 per month and you get it every quarter instead. But are there any restrictions to use the rewards?

Edit: Never mind , I made a quick research and figured out. Yes there is difference. You have to make a qualifying purchase to get the reward for the OD's program.

About the 40% off coupon that includes shipping, I've found out what they used to scan it. It's a plastic credit card size coupon with a long barcode on the back. First time they scanned a 15% off that already expired then on another day a 25% off. Register takes off 40% shipping regardless of whatever amount used to scan. No idea why it has to be like this but great deal if you need to ship lots of priority or ups packages. They kept it under their drawers one time and another time stuck away underneath the register so I guess it's something regular copy and print center people expect to use.
It did work for me as well.. when register asked cashier to scan a barcode .. she just scanned a little whiteout bottle that happened to be in front of her and it took 40% off. So I think any barcode might just do..

I just added a couple printable 30%-off-$30 CPD coupons to the wiki that list postage stamps as the only exclusion. However, if you check the coupon codes online [officedepot.com], they both indicate, "Offer excludes mailing/shipping and postage stamps," so YMMV with in-store use.

Thanks for posting the coupon codes. I used 93124588 today for USPS shipping. Register prompted the cashier to scan the barcode. Since I didn't have the bar code, cashier grudgingly did something that took 50% off. I am thinking that registers are prompting for bar code scan only on certain coupons like these that were sent in regular mail to targeted customers and probably were not intended for general use. Just a guess..

Was the coupon for $10 discount from order of $20 and above, or 50% of the total amount? Thanks!

if you refer to those % off shipping (PDF) coupons on page 1 of this thread, you'll see that none of them has barcode. My coupon card does have barcode but cashier in my local OD still got to punch in the code.

the % off Copy & Print coupon works on copy & print (in-store or online) order, and shipping service at local store, if it doesn't exclude in-store shipping; no postage stamps though. I think the % off Copy & Print coupon doesn't work on merchandise purchase.

Yes, I understand this part. I was just wondering if I send a few packages via USPS at local OD store, and the total postage is, for example, $26. If I use this coupon, the discount is $10 or $13?

Can you please scan the 50% C&P if possible. Appreciate it. Thanks
