From November 26 to December 7, 2007, three pre-loaded iPods will be given away each day (36 iPods total) to website visitors who enter the giveaway!

Holds up to 7,500 songs (or 1,200 Adventures in Odyssey episodes... and there's only 630 episodes so far)

OFFICIAL RULES AND DETAILS
Participation in the 12 Days of Christmas iPod Giveaway (the "Contest") is contingent on your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Contest is sponsored by Focus on the Family, 8605 Explorer Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80920 ("Sponsor").
(1) Timing: The Contest is offered only in the United States and runs for 12 consecutive days, beginning on November 26, 2007, and ending on December 7, 2007.
(2) Eligibility: Contest is open to all persons who, as of the date of entry, are eighteen (18) years of age or older ("Contestant"). Contestant must be an individual person; group entries are not permitted.
Employees, independent contractors, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Void where prohibited by law.
(3) How to Enter: Entries must be submitted electronically through Sponsor's online Contest entry page. All required fields must be completed. One entry per day per person; however, only one winner per household can be selected during the Contest period. No purchase is necessary.
(4) Use of Name: By entering you agree that Sponsor may display your first name and initial of last name, and state of residence, on its website if your entry is judged to be a winning entry.
(5) Winner Selections: Three winners will be selected from among entries received during each of the 12 days of the Contest, as follows: Winner 1 will be the first entry received by Sponsor between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time. Winner 2 will be the first entry received by Sponsor between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Winner 3 will be the first entry received by Sponsor between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Mountain Time. In total, 36 winning Entries will be selected. Entries selected as winning entries will screened for compliance with the entry requirements, including but not limited to accurate completion of the word of the day field. If any winning entry does not meet the entry requirements, the next entry received during that same time period shall be the alternate winner, subject to compliance with the entry requirements.
(6) Prize: Winners of the Contest will each receive an iPod pre-loaded with Sponsor's content. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is nontransferable. Winning Contestants must provide a physical address for receipt of prize. All federal, state and/or local taxes are Contestant's sole responsibility.
(7) Winner Notification: You will be notified by e-mail or telephone and will have 7 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail, mail, or telephone. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify you. If you cannot be contacted or fail to claim prize, if you do not comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, or if you are ineligible, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
(8) General Terms and Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible, and shall not be liable, for: (a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (b) failed, incomplete, partial, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. You agree that Sponsor's only obligation is to award the prizes set forth herein to the Contest winners, subject to the terms and conditions herein. You agree that Sponsor's obligation is fair and adequate consideration for any entry submitted by you, and that you are not entitled to and shall not seek any further compensation.
(9) Promotional Information. By entering the Contest, you agree that Sponsor may send you advertising, promotional, and other informational material. You may opt out of receiving these materials at any time by notification to Sponsor.
