cause I really did my historical homework on that one. Plus it's going to be in the 80's for the next several days and every Summer I go farkin crazy and get super bitchy. Why I Hate Summer, by LC: Drunks, heat, more noise, heat rashes, loud parties, sweat, heat, more people outside, more people shopping when I normally do, heat, more people in the mall, sunburn, heat, funky tan lines, poor air quality, ants, and heat. ![]() ![]()

FML
Spent the other night in the ER because I couldn't breathe. Like almost kill ya can not breathe. Doctors says: You have acute broncial spams and we need to keep you for 2 days for treatments. I says: I'll be a good girl if you send me home with the meds to do the treatments at home. Doctor says: Okay, but you better come back at the first sign of trouble! OH! And stay out of "damp wet" environments. Me: Blank stare. Um. It's almost the beginning of fall here.... damp and wet are the daily usual. And it's raining out. FML The Cowgirl Mommy to "Big Sister" and "Big Little Sister" , "Baby Sister", and Wife to a Fish Geek MyFeetHurt made me BOLD!!! OMGosh!!! I cannot believe I made BOLD!!! |

![]() I slept like crap last night. I kept waking up throughout the night. I hardly ever do that. As a result, I remembered a dream for the first time in a long time. Or I should say I remember a nightmare. I dreamt I was in a horrible car accident. I was knocked unconscious on impact. I wake up as they are rolling me into surgery and look down at my horribly mangled right leg. The ER surgeon notices I am awake and says "Don't worry. You are going to be fine." How is that a nightmare? Well, he then turns to the OR nurse and says "We are going to have to remove the 'pickle'". ![]() Admittedly it would be a small loss but I still woke up in a cold sweat. ![]() Edit: I told my wife about having a nightmare. "That must be why you were talking in your sleep." Then I mentioned the part about removing the "pickle". She laughed. Not really a "it was funny" laugh. It was one of those that had a tinge of wheels turning/evil undertones. Have I mention that when we first started dating twenty some years ago, she made me watch "I Spit on Your Grave" (the original) and when the bathtub scene appeared, she turned to me with an evil smile? I don't think I'll be getting too much sleep tonight either.
