Also, wanted to make sure to thank nerdi, anni, porda, alvsy, red, anyone else who gave me advice on the career issue I was having a couple of months ago. I know I didn't log in and reply to everyone, but I appreciated everyone taking the time to reply and give me their insight. I am finishing up some things for school and polishing my resume...hanging around for a little while but definitely open to other options at this time.

Personally, I think they're great. I already have the sandstone and love them. I bought a couple more pairs with the intention of getting rid of a lot of my cheaper shoes and coming to terms with just wearing these, since I usually reach for my Cole Haans anyway.

I added the $50 back when you spend $200, to my amex card already.. and I have to troll for CB sites too.. mrr is at 3%..

Current cart total, after 40% off, is $215.. then the 3% CB, and minus $50 from amex.. seems reasonable.. roughly $52.85 per pair of shoes, no tax for me..

I don't wear open toed shoes (too many years doing ballet for me to have nice feet), so I can't comment on the open ones. If anything, I think the Chelseas run a bit wide. I'm usually a 9 in shoes, especially Cole Haan. With the Chelseas, I can *almost* step out of them when I first start wearing them, but quickly, when my feet swell a bit, everything fits perfectly. I can wear them the entire day (and night) without any pain.

I quickly checked ebay, my main concern is if they don't fit well, no returns or exchanges.. cole haan is quite pricey on there, so nothing to lose.. placing my order... thanks for your help. Smilie

woooooow. It's good I checked out right now... I went back to look at the shoes.. and size 10, for black (non patent) now shows OOS... must have been the last pair!

amex can be kind of creepy sometimes.. I get their confirmation emails for spending, before I get the email for the order confirmation from the retailer... happens all the time.. The second I click checkout, or fill up gas with an amex deal, I refresh my phone, and BAAM, it's there.. crazy..

I'm being Flex only because I don't need them right now! They do make very good shoes. I don't think they run wide tho. Maybe the heel, but the front is narrow to me. I have to size up on their shoes. 7.5 is snug but works.. 8 fits but I step out of them. 7 would never work for me.

I come check in to the thread and spend $300 on shoes. Dear god lol. I have been watching those low chelseas and every time they go on sale they don't have my size. I am unsure if I will need the 9 or 9.5, so I bought both in nude and black. I'll simply sell the other on ebay to recover the money since they are final sale, but I am in need of classic black and nude good quality low pumps. Thanks!
