The "The # ViewFromAboveContest Instagram Photo Contest" (the "Contest") is sponsored by National Geographic Society, 1145 17th Street NW, Washington, DC 20036 ("Sponsor"). The Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on September 8, 2014 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 31, 2014 (the "Contest Period"). One Contest winner will be selected in accordance with the judging criteria below on or about November 3, 2014.

HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Contest, you must have an Instagram account that is open to the public (an account where anyone can subscribe to your photos). You will not be eligible to participate if your Instagram account posts are set to the special private option. During the Contest Period, upload to your Instagram account your favorite in-flight aerial photographs you have taken from above that illustrate the beauty and grandeur of the world below. Include the hashtag "#ViewFromAboveContest" in the caption of your uploaded image. Enter as many times as you like during the Contest Period.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to those legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Directors, officers and employees, and their immediate family members, or those living in the same household as such directors, officers and employees, of Sponsor and Emirates and their respective parent, affiliated, or subsidiary companies, agents or representatives (collectively "Promotion Entities") are not eligible to enter or win. The Contest is void where restricted or prohibited by law.

WINNER SELECTION/JUDGING: At the end of the Contest Period, Official judge Dan Westergren, Director of Photography, National Geographic Travel, will judge all eligible Submissions on the following criteria: Execution of Theme (40%), Creativity & Originality (30%); and Photographic Quality (30%). The Judge will select (1) one Grand Prize Winner (the "Grand Prize Winner"), and such determination shall be final and binding.

PRIZE DETAILS: The prize includes a 13-day National Geographic Adventure across Indochina; Emirates Flight Tickets for roundtrip coach-class air transportation from the Emirates destination airport closest to the winner's home (as determined by Sponsor, and Sponsor will provide the tickets for winner and guest to fly to and from the Emirates destination airport closest to the winner's home); winner and guest will fly on Emirates through Dubai to Ho Chi Minh City; twelve (12) nights' accommodations; internal group flights while traveling on the National Geographic Adventure; upon return, winner will fly a regional airline from Siem Reap in Cambodia back to Ho Chi Minh City and then fly Emirates through Dubai back to an Emirates destination airport in the US; ground transportation between the airport and hotel to be provided by National Geographic Adventures; and meals and other items as described in the catalog description of the Adventure at http://www.nationalgeographicexpe...our/detail. All details determined by National Geographic Expeditions in its sole discretion. No transportation will be provided between winner's home and departure airport. Except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules, the winner will be subject to the terms and conditions of Adventure trip as set forth in the above link. Travelers agree to accept National Geographic Adventures terms and conditions for the trip. National Geographic Adventures may be physically demanding; travelers may be required to confirm they are physically prepared and have no existing health conditions that would limit their mobility. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation; meals; incidentals; gratuities; passenger tariffs or duties; airline fees; surcharges; airport fees; service charges or facility charges; personal charges such as alcoholic beverages, spa services, and internet usage; security fees; taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner's guest must be 18 years of age or older, unless the winner is the parent/legal guardian of the guest. Actual value of trip prize will depend on airfare fluctuations and point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner must complete the trip in 2015 or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least 120 days prior to departure. Specific 2015 trip dates are available at the discretion of the Sponsor. Space is subject to availability. Travel must be round-trip. Winner and travel companion are responsible for procuring adequate documentation for international travel, if required, or personal travel insurance prior to departure, if desired. All travel arrangements/accommodations at Sponsor's sole discretion and Flight Tickets are also subject to Emirates Terms and Conditions set forth below. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $18,250.
