There's at least one sweeps blogger who also has a "secret site", which you have to pay for yearly. Most of the sweeps on that site are restricted/limited to one state or a group of states.

There are also other online sweeps listing sites that have paid memberships, and make some of the sweeps listings available only to the paying members. IMO, not worth paying good money for sweeps, when there are so many sites, like SD, that post tons of sweeps, and don't cost you a dime.

Most of sites with premium memberships only have a handful that are missed by people here. Additionally, they will miss some posted here. I don't see any reason to pay unless you just want to support the site directly. Playing from multiple sites is too confusing for me, I would just dq myself.

And I don't mean to sounds ungrateful... but these cups are absolutely, lousy looking and were chipped to top it off! Now, I normally don't complain as I'm very grateful for 99% of wins I do get - but come on, these were just awful! Sorry to anyone in advance, I may have offended![/QUOTE]

--Just got my coffee mugs in today too. One was completely broken- looks like they put it in with the handle sticking out instead of sideways then just smashed the lid closed, Guess Goodwill will be getting 3 mugs. They might be someone else's taste but not mine.

I guess I must be the exception because all of mine came intact! I don't think they're that bad, they just have Mexican flair that not everyone will appreciate (which, the sweepstakes was for a brand primarily targeted at Latinos, so...)

I regularly receive contest wins for items that I have no need for. I also won the mugs (which I actually thought were pretty nice, they just didn't fit in with my kitchen decor) and the coffee. I made bingo "prizes" with the coffee mugs and inserted coffee packs, a hot chocolate pack, and a candy bar, put in a clear bag and tied with a bow. I took these to a local senior resident home. With budget cut-backs, a lot of the time, these facilities are limited on funds.

HOORAY! What a great idea... Thank you for sharing this, as I neglected to think of the possibilities and see what could be used to help someone else.

Received notification yesterday from Women's World that I won Power Rangers, the Complete Series. Not sure who to thank - I have had the Women's World page bookmarked for a while.

I had a mystery package delivered yesterday. I was a little sad when I felt the package, because I knew it was a shirt - then I ripped it open, and it was a Green Bay Packers shirt, signed by Clay Matthews, from the Gillette No Debate Contest - Thanks Yardee!!!

I also got a $25 California Pizza Kitchen GF in the mail this week, that I won from the last Diet Pepsi sweeps.
