I got a package via USPS today that really put a smile on my face for the thoughtfulness of the company.
The package contained a Kings Hawaiian bread with a note thanking me for reaching out to them in the past and thanking me for my continued support. (I had called a month or so ago because I had a problem with some packaging). It also contained a coupon for free product up to 6.99 which expires in June of 2014. They suggested I might want to share the bread with friends (like at a super bowl party) It was really nice to see a company appreciates feedback- positive or negative. |

Just send them an email under "contact us" & tell them that you want to join their birthday club & send your birthday date. When I joined this years ago they were having a birthday club joinup on their site. HTH!!
