Consider talking to your tax preparer and researching about your tax responsibility.

What does "age of majority (sometimes abbreviated as AoM+) in your state or province" mean?
The age of majority is the threshold of adulthood as it is conceptualized in law. It is the chronological moment when children legally assume majority control over their persons and their actions and decisions, thereby terminating the legal control and legal responsibilities of their parents over and for them.

In most U.S. states, the age of majority is 18, except for Nebraska and Alabama (19), and Mississippi (21). The age of majority in American Samoa and Puerto Rico is 14.

Missing prizes
If you were expecting a prize you've never received, you can complain first to the sweepstakes administrator, then to the sweepstakes sponsor, and finally to USPS Postal Inspectors

Occasionally, a less than ethical sweep will get posted. You might end up finding unauthorized charges on your phone bill. This is called "cramming". Once you contact the company that's charging you, and you have requested your phone company remove the charge, you can file a complaint with the FCC.

The original winner of this contest posted on another competing website they had won. A week later, they figured out tax responsibility, turns out $40,000 doesn't go all that far. They had to give up on the trip. A new winner is being drawn.
Moral of the story: Always do the math on taxes before entering.

If that was the case why not take a loan to get the 45-55?

Main questions:
What name do you use for your separate sweeps Facebook account?
Would the fact that you have an alternate Facebook account just for sweeps disqualify you if you won anything using it?
People with existing FB accounts, did you run into any issues creating this seperate FB account just for sweeps?
Thanks all..

Yes.
My real name and I just have it blocked from all searches and associated with another email so no one in "real life" can find it. A lot of sweeps say that if there is a dispute they will base it on the person's name associated with the FB account, so just to be safe I use my real name.
I've never had an issue with disqualification and as long as you do not enter the same giveaway using your other FB I don't see an issue.
No, I had no issue creating a separate FB. You just need to use a different email to create the account.

If so, can you give some details on if you had any trouble doing so and if it was worth it?
