Guess its not a corrupted cookie...maybe email the site you are having issues with and ask for advice--could always be internal issue with them.

There's two things that I do when I have those types of problems, first I use this: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner to clean out temporary files, history, cookies, download history and then if that doesn't help I change my IP address.

I won headphones from a Latina holiday sweeps this month, 2 prizes from Lucky since they opened entries to Floridians (finally!), a couple of small things from Self, and a few years ago, I won lawn/gardening stuff (trimmer, edger, etc) from, I think, Good Housekeeping. And Allure's "First xxx" contests have been pretty good to me over the years.

I got a notice that I have a certified letter to pick up at the post office. It says it is from PL magazine. I can't even find anything called PL magazine. Anyone ever win anything and get it via certified mail? Could this be a contest win? Any ideas on where it is from?

I've received checks and gift cards that I have won by certified mail, I just got a gift card from Pepsi (PrizeLogic) yesterday by certified mail. I'm actually a little surprised that a lot of companies just throw gift cards, even high value ones, in an envelope, and send it without requiring a signature.

That's what mine was, a $50 Shop Etc. American Express Gift Card from the Diet Pepsi Refreshing Rewards IWG. That came certified mail and the same day I got a $25 California Pizza Kitchen gift card from the same game but that just came by plain first class mail. They were from Michigan.
