Here is what you need to do:
Mail a 4 x 6 piece of paper (handwritten) with you Name, Address, Date of Birth, and email address on it in a #10 envelope.
You can mail these once a day, except holidays.
Mail entries begin:
Angel Card Holders: Feb 13-25

Not sure why the pink nation part matters. It's free. Just be sure to sign up now because you must be a member before the AMOE period starts.
I was told (by the company running the promo) that they do check postmark dates. If this is indeed true, mailing on a Sunday is a waste.

Since the OP did NOT REMOVE or UPDATE the information.... I have re-posted your post into the wiki for others to hopefully see the correct info along with ALVSGIRLY post with the screen shot showing the promo confirming the rules.
Also looks like you can redeem these gift cards from 3/29-4/27.
Although, I guess I can't really complain since I still have a ton of underwear from December...
