Does ebay bucks program was removed?

Hi guys I have notice that on the last couple of months my ebay account doesn't show me "You will earn X ebay bucks", also on My eBay Summary it's not showing.
Anyone know something? or does this program could be IP based, since I'm in Mexico right now

I asked here, because a lot of people here are pretty familiar with that program and of course I DID search before and already read all the damn FAQ and it doesn't say anything about my question. !!
As you can see "My ebay summary" it's not showing anything related to ebay bucks.
So I guess you don't know either.

OP, you're getting flack because even a search on (lowly) SD would show that program is still alive and kicking. I limited my search to the last 60 days and found:

Yeah those threads only confirms that is still alive, but none of them said something about is related to where IP is coming or give me a clue on what was happening on my account.
I guess if all the people bashing me here, have a clue, could just said, "Yeah it's still alive, and you are not seeing it, because your connection is outside from US, so this program is based on IP location"
