Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on June 26, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on July 23, 2016.
If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are the older of 18 years of age at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
Entry Method #1: Create an Amazon School List and add a minimum of 5 items to it. After adding your desired items, publish this list by clicking the button labeled "Publish" to receive one (1) entry. To learn more about how to create or manage an Amazon.com School List, visit www.amazon.com/gp/school-lists. You must have or will need to create an Amazon.com account and Amazon.com School List in order to enter the Sweepstakes as described above.
Entry Method #2: Alternatively, you may enter by completing the online entry form which is available at http://www.amazon.com/gp/html-forms-controller/SL_July2016_Sweepstakes_Avery. <----- copy/paste to enter without appended SD affiliate link
Limit one (1) entry per person, per Amazon.com account or e-mail address throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. You must have an Amazon.com account and be logged in to your account to enter the Sweepstakes.
Prizes. We will award four (4) prizes, each consisting of one (1) $1,000.00 Amazon.com Gift Card.
The retail value of all prizes is $4,000.00. Each winner must have or will need to create an Amazon.com account in order to redeem the Amazon.com Gift Card ("GC"). The GC may only be used for purchases of eligible goods on Amazon.com or certain of its affiliated websites.
