Promotional Period begins on Thursday, 03/17/16 at 5:00:01 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT"), and ends on Friday, 09/30/16 at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) ("Promotional Period")

PRIZES:

One (1) Grand Prize: Swim with Michael Phelps Package.

Trip for winner and one (1) guest to a U.S. location to be determined by Sponsor where the winner will have the opportunity to swim with Michael Phelps.

Trip consists of

• round trip coach air travel from a major gateway airport near the winner's residence to U.S. location determined by Sponsor at time of award and subject to Michael's schedule;
• a total of 3 days/2 nights double occupancy deluxe hotel accommodations;
• ground transfers to and from airport at destination; and
• $500 spending cash to be used towards meals during stay.
• Winner will have one (1) hour in the pool with Michael Phelps, break for lunch and then have one (1) hour of coaching from Bob Bowman.
• Winner will also meet with a MP Brand representative to be fitted for a MP Training Suit as well as other activities to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) US$5000.

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the event should any activity or behavior be determined to be unsafe, dangerous or compromising in any manner whatsoever and will be monitored by Sponsor representative. Day with Michael is subject to availability of Michael Phelps but will be fulfilled within six (6) months after the conclusion of the Promotion. Travel dates, times and accommodations are to be solely determined by Sponsor, and are subject to restrictions and change. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and comply with all security requirements. Trip must be taken on the dates determined by Sponsor and booked 30 days in advance. If the winner is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian. Winner will be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary documents, insurance, and is responsible for all gratuities, meals, ground transportation, and any other costs or expenses not stated in these Rules.

Five (5) First Prizes: A MP Race Kit consisting of an XPRESSO Tech Suit, a pair of XCEED goggles and an X-O race cap (colors may vary).

Ten (10) Second Prizes: A MP Training Kit consisting of a Training Suit, Strength Paddles, Alpha Pro Fins, Focus Snorkel, MP Race Cap and XCEED Goggles (colors may vary).

WEEKLY PRIZES:
During each Week of the Promotion Period, the following prize will be available to be won:

Twenty-eight (28) A MP Race Cap autographed by Michael Phelps. ARV: US$20.
Limit one Weekly Prize per person, per household.
