ELIGIBILITY: Participation in the Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older on the date of the Sweepstakes entrysubmission.

PRIZES: One (1) entry will be drawn randomly to receive the first prize, an IQV PowerTRIP to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion's Week™ in Las Vegas, Nevada from November 30, 2016 through December 3, 2016, valued at approximately sixty-two hundred dollars ($6200.00), a 20v Prize Pack valued at twenty-two hundred dollars ($2200.00), and a 12V Prize Pack Valued at eleven hundred dollars ($1100.00), for a total value of ninety-five hundred dollars ($9500.00). One (1) entry will be drawn randomly to receive the second prize, a 20v Prize Pack, valued at approximately twenty-two hundred dollars ($2200.00). One (1) entry will be drawn randomly to receive the third prize, a 12v Prize Pack, valued at approximately eleven hundred dollars ($1100.00). Prizes are nontransferable until awarded, non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made except by Ingersoll Rand, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by Ingersoll Rand in Ingersoll Rand's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and costs associated with receipt of a prize. During the Sweepstakes the following prizes will be awarded:

One (1) first prize winner for IQV PowerTRIP which includes:
 Round trip airfare for two (2), coach class, from the major metropolitan airport closest to the first prize winner's primary residence to Las Vegas, Nevada
 Hotel accommodations for two (2) at The Palm Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada for four (4) days/ three (3) nights (one standard room, double occupancy)
 Four hundred dollars ($400.00) spending money to be applied towards transportation, food, beverages, etc. as desired by first prize winner
 A welcome amenity
 Two (2) Tickets/Passes to the NASCAR Meyer's Brothers Luncheon, viewing party, and NASCAR After the
Lap™ event
o Winner and Winner's guest will pick up credentials/tickets in Las Vegas, Nevada at welcome reception – a representative from Ingersoll Rand will provide details regarding the welcome reception prior to the date of the reception.
