Some stuff still isn't adding up for me. Reading through the linked webpage, they show the problem as a modulo 1024 problem and NOT 512.The author expected the next instance in 2019 and not 2009....

Why are you mucking with your Pharos? The Pharos units do not have the issue. My PDR250 works fine while all my friends Omni's are hosed.

WOW.. Staples support guy doesn't have clue on it. Definitely its chipset and firmware setting problems(A Chinese Bug) according Chinese manufacture information.
